消息人士透露，全球最大晶片設計工具供應商新思科技（Synopsys）已停止提供華為軟體更新。業界觀察人士表示，這項動作將使華為在全球半導體市場的擴張再度受挫。日經新聞引述知情人士報導，在美國商務部將華為列入限制出口美國科技的黑名單後，以美國加州為總部的新思科技已告訴員工，中止對華為的軟體更新，與華為之間的智慧財產權交易也暫緩。. } }); } 新思的這項動作將傷害到華為子公司海思半導體（HiSilicon）；消息人士說，這將威脅到華為內部很大一部分的晶片開發計畫，阻礙該公司在5G網路方面的野心，雖然仍可仰賴現有的晶片設計。報導指出，在缺乏設計工具的支援下，華為在科技競賽將可能落後於蘋果、三星等對手。目前能夠提供華為在發展高階晶片上需求的廠商，就只有新思和另一家美國晶百貨優惠網友超推片設計工具網路人氣商品top10暢銷產品供應商益華（Cadence）。同為華為供應商的益華並未熱銷商品熱銷排行榜回應日經記者的詢問。但作為美國公司，益華若未經過華府許可繼續供應華為，將也可能會面對到嚴重懲罰。知情人士說：「由於整個晶片製造流程已變得太精密和複雜，如果華為無法更新軟體，將很難設計新的晶片。」晶片設計工具幾乎每周都須更新，才能幫助晶片開發商和製造商同步，並解決bug。如果沒有這些更新，設計過程將會面對到無盡的問題，晶片製造商也可能不願意將這些設計投入量產。新思科技傳已停止快速到貨網拍限量不等人的提供華為軟體更新。（路透） 分享 facebook
「思覺失調」吃藥20年 民眾怕如「未爆彈」
追蹤這名當街砍人嫌犯，黃姓男子38歲，跟爸爸、妹妹一起住在台中太平區，他身材非常魁梧，自稱患有思覺失調症，服藥控制時間長達20年，可是現在又出現幻聽，導致他發狂拿利器攻擊路人，當地民眾非常擔憂，形容就像是未爆彈，想知道有法可管嗎？衛生局表示，目前法規只能定期查訪列管人口，但無法限制他的出入行動。
附近民眾擔憂，並非排擠精神狀況不穩定的人，只是怕就像一顆未爆彈，無法預測他下一秒行為有沒有攻擊性，衛生局說現在法規也只能定期查訪，精神疾病列管人口並沒有強制力，不能限制他們行動。
