白冰冰鼓勵3助手偷師練功

白冰冰和助理主持人簡至豪、東諺和阿文主持的《冰冰Show》去年5月開播，今年入圍金鐘綜藝節目獎，將對上吳宗憲主持的《小明星大跟班》與胡瓜的《綜藝大集合》，她表示不會有壓力，認為能入圍就是幕前幕後共同努力的成果，謙虛表示：「我們也包含在裡面，與有榮焉，貢獻一點力量。」
白冰冰曾和胡瓜、吳宗憲搭檔主持，「當時吳宗憲已嶄露頭角，不到一個月就變一個樣，有自己的風格，成了一方之霸。」她提攜後輩，也鼓勵3位助理主持人彼此良性競爭，學習線上主持人的優點，她舉例庾澄慶（哈林）早期在張小燕身邊主持，「張小燕是大姊大，但是哈林說話方式格外亮眼，會讓大姊有壓力，他真的有紅的條件。」
備座禮遇藝人
她表示，《冰冰Show》找出台灣碩果僅存的特色藝人上節目，重新介紹讓觀眾認識，她說，剛開始會擔心老藝人的狀況能否符合節目需求，但當她看播出，會站在粉絲立場，心想：「哇！從小看到的偶像現在變阿伯，會有心疼的感覺。」
她曾邀林松義上節目，錄影前他靜靜坐著，但舉起麥克風站起來，感覺又變一個人，精神抖擻，她表示：「看到林松義身體不斷顫抖，請人拿椅子讓他坐著受訪，以至於之後節目規定超過70歲或年近70的人，都會有博愛座。」
