旺季加持 法人看好國產下半年獲利可望優於上半年
國產 (2504-TW) 近年來積極推動安心建材履歷，獲得建商採用，今年受惠中國環保政策、錯峰生產嚴格執行，下半年旺季可期，法人認為，在水泥及預拌混凝土價格上漲下，下半年獲利可望小幅優於上半年，預估全年 EPS 約 0.4-0.5 元；基於培養人才的考量，首屆國產學院 MBA 今年正式開課，將以半年時間展開一系列的課程。
法人指出，國產預拌混凝土市占率繼續增加，100% 轉投資的福建水泥廠，則可受惠旺季效應，中國大陸水泥進入第 4 季旺季，有助價格的表現；法人表示，中國大陸嚴格執行環保政策，持續淘汰落後的水泥廠，加上錯峰生產，大陸水泥價格表現不錯，福建區價格達人民幣 350 元，維持高檔水準。
法人預估，國產旗下福建水泥廠在第 4 季最旺季的推升下，業績可望進一步走揚；加上台灣下半年包括公共工程、民間工程、企業商辦案量等都有機會成長，帶動台灣預拌混凝土需求量微增，對國產營運表現也有加分。
國產上半年稅後純益 2.68 億元，每股純益 0.19 元；8 月營收 13.83 億元，月減 9.36%，年增 2.52%，累計前 8 月營收 116.91 億元，年增 14.14%。
國產指出，首屆國產學院 MBA 今年正式開課，由副董事長徐蘭英擔任院長，總經理吳志仁擔任這一梯隊的課程指揮官，學員包括專精的土木工程等混凝土專科的碩士、博士，將透過透過 100 小時的核心職能與廠區實境課程，培育企業的中堅儲備管理幹部。
